When working on Career Designer, an innovative career planning tool by UKG, we learned that besides career step suggestions provided by AI, employees also needed support and guidance from people other than their managers. We created an early blueprint for the product to provide a space where employees could connect with potential mentors and get the help they need.

I was the lead designer on this project and helped the product team transition the idea into a full product blueprint. I worked with a team that included another designer, a product owner, and a UX researcher. Once we were done with the blueprint we were ready for breaking it down into smaller pieces and defining our minimal viable product.
