Conversations

As a second step in our effort to create a full Coaching and Development suite for UltiPro, an HRIS product by Ultimate Software, we started Conversations in response to our research for Continuous Feedback, our first offering for the suite. We saw an opportunity to improve the manager's feedback process by adding structure to 1-on-1 meetings, where most of the feedback happens. We also learned about a gap between managers' and employees' expectations for their weekly 1-on-1s. We could provide even more structure by connecting 1-on-1 meetings to HR processes and requirements.

I was a lead designer on this product for two years, working with a junior designer and a content team to create a company-wide voice-and-tone approach. Conversations won a prestigious award, Top HR Products of 2021, as a part of the UKG Pro Coaching and Developing suite.
