This project was aimed to improve the UKG Pro Career Designer tool employees use to plan their career paths and identify actionable steps for advancement. We wanted to add a commenting feature to the tool to encourage discussion, collaboration, and support for employees from their mentors and managers.
 

As a lead UX Designer, I worked with a team of UI Designer, UX Researcher, Product Owner, and Engineering Lead. This feature was successfully delivered to beta customers in 2022.
